United Arab Emirates visa guide
Nepali travellers need a pre-arranged UAE visa. Categories, sponsors, timing and what to confirm before booking your flight.
- Visit visa — arranged before travel
- Tourist visa — usually via airlines, hotels or licensed agents
- Employment visa — arranged by the employer
Nepali passport holders require a visa arranged before arrival for the United Arab Emirates, commonly a 30 or 60 day visit or tourist visa. It is normally organised by the airline you fly with, your hotel, or a licensed agent in Nepal or the UAE.
Check the visa validity, entry conditions and insurance requirements together with your flight dates, because overstay fines in the UAE are serious. For work, the employer arranges an employment visa and that process is separate from tourism.
Rules and fees are updated from time to time, so confirm with the official Federal Authority channels or with our team — we include the UAE paperwork as part of planning trips there.
