A request is not a booking
Submitting an enquiry or tailoring a trip does not create a booking. A booking exists only when our team confirms availability and you accept the written proposal.
Deposits and balances
Where a deposit is required, we will confirm the amount, currency, due date and accepted payment methods in writing. The balance is due by the date shown on your confirmation. Payment is not treated as received until our team verifies it.
Changes and cancellation
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Supplier, permit and airline conditions may mean some costs are non-refundable. The cancellation terms for your specific journey will be included in your proposal.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical evacuation and trip cancellation cover, is strongly recommended for every journey.
Health and safety
Tell us about relevant medical conditions, allergies or accessibility needs before you book so we can plan safely. Mountain and adventure travel carries inherent risks.
